Level 2: Ninja Adv. Beginner

4-Kindergarten 


Introduction to the sport of ninja for preschool aged children through kindergarten. They are grouped by age and not skill level. This is great preparation for Ninja Level 1 & 2 Classes.

1st Grade+

No Experience Required


 A basic level class for 1st grade+ to start learning initial skills and conditioning. They begin learning transition with constant movement and complete individual obstacles.

 1st Grade+ 

 Prerequisites: Mastery of Beginner skills or evaluation by a Team Central staff member.  


Once basic skills are met, they will work on more challenging drills and obstacle combinations. Many decide to try a competition at this level against their similar age peers. ​

 Prerequisites: Mastery of Advanced Beginner skills or evaluation by a Team Central staff member.  


At this level, students are truly starting to harness their body awareness and strength as they tackle more challenging obstacles. This combined with increased determination, endurance, and flexibility will help them become stronger ninja athletics.​

 1st Grade+ 

Prerequisites: Mastery of Intermediate skills or evaluation by a Team Central staff member.   


The students will utilize their strength and skills to maneuver through more challenging courses. They will have to hang a little longer and push a little harder. They are strengthening their ability to analyze the physical and mental challenges in the sport of Ninj

Level 5: Ninja Adv.

Level 3: Intermediate 1

Level 4: Intermediate 2

 1st Grade+ 

   Prerequisites: Mastery of Intermediate 2 skills or evaluation by a Team Central staff member.   


 Students move to this level to work at finessing their style and technique. They are challenged with advanced obstacle combinations. Including longer courses and greater trials of strength. They also will have more autonomy of what skills they want to focus on.​
